Are these recent deliveries custom-built or stock units?

The majority of the trucks we deliver are customized to meet the unique requirements of each department, but we also maintain stock units on hand for immediate situations.

How do you handle the delivery of a new fire apparatus?

We take care of delivery directly to your station. We go through the truck with your team when it arrives to make sure everything is prepared and exactly as it should be.

Do you offer training when a new truck is delivered?

Yes, we will walk your team through the set up and operation of your truck as soon as it is delivered so they are comfortable using it.

Are the trucks in your recent deliveries NFPA compliant?

Yes – all our trucks are built to meet current fire service standards, including NFPA requirements where applicable.

How long does the delivery process take once the build is done?

Delivery times depend on your location, but we always aim for the fastest and safest route. We keep you updated throughout the transport process.
